Founding Partner
George has led a successful international career of over 30 years in senior management and BoD positions in Financial Management and Business Development, with special emphasis in financial restructuring and business turnaround (George is a founding member of the European Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals, part of the TMA Global).
During the first part of his career, for almost 10 years, George held senior positions in corporate finance and investment banking at major European Banks, such as Barclays and ABN AMRO Bank, and gained significant experience in structured financial transactions, as well as in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Capital Markets (IPOs). From 2000-2013, George worked with leading Greek Multinationals, such as: M.J.Maillis Industrial Packaging Group (as Acquisitions and Mergers Manager), Intralot Gaming Technology Group (as Finance & Business Development Manager of International Subsidiaries) and Printec Transaction Automation Group (as Group CFO) completing more than 25 M&A and Turnaround transactions.
Since 2014, George founded a specialized consulting firm providing consulting services in corporate restructuring and business turnaround, either as a Restructuring Consultant (CRO), e.g. on behalf of Pillarstone (KKR Group) in Greece, or as Interim CFO on behalf of Carrefour-Marinopoulos S.A. where he helped the distressed company avoid a complete "meltdown", thus securing c.10.000 jobs via a court led insolvency & business merger with its major competitor (namely Sklavenitis Group). Until recently George was Executive Director in a prominent family office in Greece, managing a portfolio of investments exceeding € 20 mn, in the following sectors: Payment Technologies, Agriculture and Tourism. During this period, successfully concluded 2 equity divestments whist, in parallel, personally contributed in making and running new investments in the Greek Olive Oil Sector on behalf of the family office.
Finally, George holds an MBA from Manchester Business School (UK) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, while he holds a A'Class CA license. Author of various articles and publications in the Financial Press, speaks Greek, English, French and Spanish.
Founding Partner
Jenny Kasimatis is a Mental Health Counselor with a systemic approach and a multidisciplinary professional background spanning more than two decades across international corporations, healthcare, marketing, hospitality, and business development.
Before transitioning into the mental health field, she held positions of increasing responsibility in organizations including Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Euromoney Institutional Investor, and other private-sector companies in Greece and the United Kingdom. Her experience ranges from marketing and strategic communications to compliance, operations, business development, and stakeholder management.
Today, she combines her extensive corporate experience with her work in mental health consulting, supporting individuals in understanding the behavioral and relational patterns that influence decision-making, resilience, personal effectiveness, and overall well-being. Her areas of interest include perfectionism, over-responsibility, boundary setting, life transitions, and the impact of family dynamics on adult functioning.
In addition to her private practice, Jenny actively contributes to community mental health initiatives through educational talks and awareness programs, addressing topics such as adolescence, parenting, family relationships, and personal growth.
Her work is guided by the belief that meaningful and sustainable change begins with greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, and the ability to respond to life's challenges with clarity and intention.
